The “Kinsale Gourmet Festival” is held in October of each year and is a celebration of all the culinary delights that Kinsale has to offer. Events include a Celebrity Chef Cook-off, Mad Hatters Taste of Kinsale and the renowned Fruits de Mer. As Kinsale is twinned with Newport Rhode Island, there is a bi-annual “Chef Swap” where the créme de la créme of Kinsale chefs exchange roles with their American counterparts.   [more]
